I recently saw you on AGT 2010 on youtube and I was pretty stunned by your performance. To tell you the truth, I know nothing about music, I can’t even sing nor understand the lyric/music when I listen to any musics; that is why I rarely listen to musics. Rather than understand what coming out of a singer’s mouth, I tend to sense their emotion/spirit when they sing, and I definitely sense your. you not only have a beautiful voice, but your voice also carried this special kind of forces that pierce through a person’s soul and spirit. Although your songs is really sad and emotional, the purities of your voice bring me hopes, inspiration, and just simply purified my spirit. Even though I’m poor and I know this won’t be much of a contribution nor support, but I’m going to use my 2 weeks lunch money to buy your album as a supporter and as a way of saying Thank You for bringing me such a beautiful voice.
I wish you had a digital download! That would mean I get the Music faster, and you save some money too.

Hi, I saw you on AGT and your performance brought me to tears. I could not believe how well you sang “angel”. It was beautiful and your story is inspiring. I also love to sing and only dream about having a voice like your’s. I can’t live my dream but it makes me so happy to see you living your’s. I will be sure to buy one of your cd’s soon. Debra, you definitely radiate a pure beauty which reveals itself so rarely in this world. I would not normally watch AGT but for some reason I was there that night and it melted my heart to hear you sing. Beyond words there is the sense that you have been hurt and have escaped from pain. You have taken time to heal and are hopefully finding love and comfort in those around you near and far. Maybe I am wrong in terms of need but regardless, I pray you find a strong protector for a fragile heart. Finding the love of your life who completes you is the most important thing you can do. Only suggestion would be to change the wording at the bottom of the cd buy graphic from “Buy her CD” to just “Click to Buy”. Its sounds more like its coming from Debra and gives direction. That way they can delete the extra wording away from the graphic. They could also resize it down too and it still will attract those to buy the cd.
Debra, even though Howie Mandel didn’t like your performance, you touched my heart and I could see the inner beauty you bring out in your songs and also a sadness which touches me personaly. I think you’re a wonderful artist and I can see great things happening to you as you learn and grow with your music. Always stay true to yourself and the passion you have in the songs that you sing.

You have the pitch, the range, and talent to do a song as beautiful that one is. I rarely listen to singers with “pretty” voices, who usually sing commercialized songs that some songwriter thought would “sell records.” They like to put on a show of dramatic vocal histionics that really just amounts to acting. In fact I listen a lot to Bob Dylan, whose voice is generally scorned, but who says what he has to say, instead of what he thinks people want to hear. And his career has suffered for it.
But within your first few notes on AGT, I was immediately switched from the role of a critic, to listening entirely with my heart. You were the only one on the show that made me feel real emotion, and are one of the few singers among all of the stars in America who seem to strike a real emotional chord. I hope you will go far, but I almost feel afraid for you as I think about the “star-maker machinery” and what the money-hungry agents and record companies do to people. Maybe you should contact an existing “star” who seems down-to-earth and trustworthy, who might be able to set you up with a compassionate agent who actually cares about people.
(By the way, you should check out Margo Timmins of “The Cowboy Junkies” from Canada. It doesn’t seem like very many people have heard of them, but you might appreciate her singing.)

I was wondering, have you ever thought of doing a rendition of “A Sort of Fairytale” for one of your performances – America’s Got Talent or otherwise? I can only imagine your voice would lend itself perfectly to that song. P.S. What Howie said about you lacking command of the audience is an absolute joke (then again, he is a comedian)! You bring raw emotion to every performance, and nothing is more gripping than that.

Before I got CDs printed I used to have to handwrite the tracks on the CD… now I have printed ones! I’ll definitely sign one for you.
